Only received two towels I booked the room for four people. NO BREAKFAST available the reason I reserved the room was for breakfast included. 7:30sm still no breakfast available apparently the employee that served breakfast slept in. When she arrived she said breaywould not be ready till 8:00am. We had to leave we had to be somewhere so I paid for a service I never received.

I had back surgery one month ago but was not going to give up our annual mother daughter trip to the Vera Bradley sale. The hotel was very nice. We come every year and have never had any problems with booking. Not all hotels are as they appear. So happy to find this hotel is as advertised. Glad to know we have a good place to come back again.
