First when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk did not even have my confirmation from HotelPlanner. It took me 40 minutes to check in. I told the front desk I was not from there and it was four people between two rooms. The front desk followed me and my three guest (my daughter and two of her friends) to our rooms questioning who was sleeping where and peaking in my room to see if I was telling the truth. Then he followed other relatives that came to visit us and threatened to call the police if they didn't leave. I felt violated and uncomfortable. I will never book a room through HotelPlanner and I will never stay at Econolodge ever again.
